We offer time windows (like 9–11am or 1–3pm) to account for traffic and prep time. Your cleaner will arrive within that window — and we always text you when we’re on the way.

Absolutely. You can choose to have only certain rooms cleaned when you book — just let us know what to focus on.

You can add things like interior fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, baseboards, laundry, inside windows, and more. Add-ons are available during the booking process.

Nope — totally up to you. Many of our clients provide a lockbox code or key and come home to a sparkling space. If you'd prefer to be home, that's great too.

Absolutely. We love furry friends and use products that are safe for pets. Just give us a heads-up if you have animals at home — and let us know if they’re curious escape artists 🐶🐱

Yes! We bring all the tools and cleaning supplies needed for the job. If you have a specific product you'd like us to use, just leave it out and let us know.
