When will my cleaning start?We offer time windows (like 9–11am or 1–3pm) to account for traffic and prep time. Your cleaner will arrive within that window — and we always text you when we’re on the way.

What’s included in a standard cleaning?Our standard clean includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning throughout the home — including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. For a full checklist, head to our [What’s Included] page.

Can I request just a few rooms to be cleaned?Absolutely. You can choose to have only certain rooms cleaned when you book — just let us know what to focus on.

What extras can I add to my cleaning?You can add things like interior fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, baseboards, laundry, inside windows, and more. Add-ons are available during the booking process.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?Nope — totally up to you. Many of our clients provide a lockbox code or key and come home to a sparkling space. If you'd prefer to be home, that's great too.

Are you pet-friendly?Absolutely. We love furry friends and use products that are safe for pets. Just give us a heads-up if you have animals at home — and let us know if they’re curious escape artists 🐶🐱

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?Yes! We bring all the tools and cleaning supplies needed for the job. If you have a specific product you'd like us to use, just leave it out and let us know.

Are your cleaners background-checked?Yes — every MoCoMaids cleaner goes through a detailed background check before joining our team. We only hire people we’d trust in our own homes.

Are you insured and bonded?We are! MoCoMaids is fully insured and bonded, which means you’re protected in the rare event that something goes wrong. Your home and belongings are in good hands.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?Yes! We use non-toxic, family- and pet-safe cleaning products by default. If you have specific sensitivities or requests, just let us know and we’ll tailor the clean to your needs.

What safety measures do you follow inside homes?We sanitize tools between homes, wash hands frequently, and follow hygiene best practices. If you’d prefer your cleaner to wear a mask or gloves, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?Life happens — we get it. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Rescheduling is easy and can be done online or by text.

What’s your satisfaction guarantee?Simple: If you’re not happy, we’ll come back and fix it. Still not satisfied? You don’t pay. We stand behind every clean.

How can I be sure my payment info is secure?We use encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing — the same level of security you’d expect from major online retailers. Your payment details are safe with us.

Can I purchase a gift card or gift cleaning?Yes! A MoCoMaids gift certificate makes an awesome housewarming or baby shower gift. Just shoot us a message and we’ll set you up.
